SCAR Squad: Louise

Here at Second Chance Animal Rescue Windsor-Essex, we value our volunteers and all of their hard work and dedication.  It takes special people to help special animals in need.  We would like to recognize all of this hard work by profiling these wonderful people and letting the world know how proud we are that they’ve chosen to volunteer for such a noble cause with Second Chance Animal Rescue Windsor-Essex.

Volunteer Spotlight

Louise

Louise started fostering with Second Chance Animal Rescue Windsor-Essex in fall 2017.  After watching the rescue online for a while, she felt a connection with us and a need to help animals in rescue.  Louise has fostered several dogs over the past year and a half and has found that, while saying goodbye to one of your foster animals can be difficult, fostering is a rewarding endeavour.  The animals and people you meet in rescue will inspire you and make it all worthwhile.  Louise has a big heart and continues to open her heart and home to dogs in need and we are all so thankful for the lives she helps save.
